If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange in the 30 days from date of purchase, provided all items are unused and in their original wrappings.
To exchange or return an item, please send an email Custservice@solarlightsandpower.com requesting a return form. All necessary information will be supplied on the form.
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
Please package your items for return back into its original packaging. Include a note with your name, address, phone number return form. Your account will be credited with a full refund when we receive the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
